Brother Blimond Pierre (Eilenbecker) was born in Luxembourg and was one of the founders of the De La Salle University in Manila in 1911. Eilenbecker was the first director of the college between 1911 and 1912.
BLIMOND EILENBECKER
The De La Salle Brothers fouded the De La Salle College in Paco, Manila, which was established as an elementary and high school for boys. The college was moved to Malate, Manila in 1921 and was granted university status in 1975.
