Florencio Florendo was a founding member of the Alpha-Phi-Beta fraternity in October 1939.

Florendo later became a Regional Trial Court Judge and after retirement was elected to the post of Vice-Mayor of his hometown Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija .
The Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity is the exclusive College of Law fraternity.
