RICHARD GORDON

Richard Gordonn is a lawyer and politican serving as a Senator. He is also the chairman and chief executive officer of the  Philippine red Cross.

Richard Gordon is a layer and politician serving as a Senator between 2004 to 2010 and from 2016. Hie is also the chariman and chief executive officer of the Philippine Red cross since 2004.

While studying at the Univiersity of the Philippines in 1971 Gordon was elected as the delegate of the first district of Zambales tto the 1971 Constitutional Convention for the drafting od the 1973 Constituiton of the Philippines.

In 1980 he was elected as mayor of Olongapo to 1986 and then 1988 to 1993.

He rose to national prominence in the wake of the removal of the US Naval Base when he became the founding Chairman of the Subic Bay Metroplotian Authority from 1992 to 1998.
