Sister Edelwina was the first directress of the Holy Ghost College (now College of the Holy Spirit) between 1920 and 1947.
EDELWINA HESSE
The school had been founded in 1913 by five German sisters. It was during Sister Edelwina incumbency that the school expanded and opened the high school and the collegiate courses.
