On 23 April 2010, 100,000 pieces of P7 stamps were issued. The issue was so popular that it was declared sold out even before midday of 23 April. A second printing of 100,000 pieces was then issued and made slightly different. The year "2010" is no longer on the left side; instead, it now appears on the right side, below "P7".
A third issue (100,000 pieces) was released on May 7. The third issue is similar to the first issue of 23 April with "2010" on the left side, except the text "Pilipinas", "P7", and "2010" are now in black instead of brown. Finally a fourth issue was released, similar to the third issue but with the year “2010” on the right side.
