EMMANUEL (MANNY) PACQUIAO

Manny "Pac-Man" Pacquiao is a professional boxer. He is the first and only boxer to win eight world titles in eight different weight divisions. He is also a member of the House of Representatives
In 2007, Pacquiao unsuccessfully ran for a seat in the national legislature. He then returned to boxing full-time. However in November 2009 he formed a new “local” political party, the Peoples’ Champ Movement, back in the Philippines. He again declared his candidacy for a legislative seat, for a district in Mindanao, and in May 2010 was elected to the House of Representatives by an overwhelming margin.
Manny Pacquiao has one of the rare distinctions of being featured on a stamp whilst still living.
