Norberto Romualdez was a writer in the Waray-Waray language and served as an Associate Justice in the Supreme Court during the American Period.
Romualdez wrote a treatise on the Waray-Waray language (a language spoken in the provinces of Samar and parts of Leyte and Biliran) in 1908.
