Teodosio Valenton was a founding member of the Alpha-Phi-Beta fraternity in October 1939.
TEODOSIO VALENTON
Valenton practiced law and became the mayor of Talavera, Nueve Ecija. After politics, he resumed law practice and was owner of a Technical College in Manila.
The Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity is the exclusive College of Law fraternity.
