Teodoro Yangco was a businessman who was a Resident Commissioner to the United States between March 1917 and March 1920 .

Yangco was involved in the construction and repair of vessels, the operation of a line of ferries. He was the director of a life insurance company.
He was interested in various commercial and charitable organizations in Manila.
After serving as Resident Commissioner to the United States he resumed his business activities in Manila until his death in 1939.
