LANAO VOLCANIC FIELD - CATHEDRAL FALLS
The Lanao Volcanic Field comprises a number of INACTIVE volcanoes, most of which are unamed cones in Lanao del Norte, Mindanao.
The Cathedral Falls is a waterfall which cascades over a collumnar basaltic lava flow associated with the Lanao volcanic field. The name probably derives from the columnar basalt which appears like organ pipes.
