Cesar Bengzon was the Chief Justice from 1961 to 1966.

In 1995 the United Nations, 50th Anniversary Issue was intended to depict Chief Justice Cesar Bengzon. However the picture was actually of his cousin Justice Jose Bengzon, the stamps were withdrawn from sale upon discovery of the error
